Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to acknowledge and abide by my terms of service and payment policy.I have the right to refuse any service.I do my best to get comms done in the order they are recieved! Sometimes, depending on complexity, this might change!In the event of cancellation, I will give a full refund to the client, if the piece has not been started.
Pieces that are partly finished or complete cannot be refunded.Please understand that real life events, such as sickness, emergencies, etc. can happen at any time.
Because of this, I might not be able to work on commissions for an undefined amount of time.
If I am able to, I will notify each client about the situation ASAP.ADDITIONALLY:
◆ I can modify and use refused sketches later for my purposes: YCH, other commissions, personal art.
◆ You're not allowed to use my artwork for NFT and upload to any AI picture generators.
◆ You can post an artwork I made for you in your personal galleries, but in that I'd be grateful if you give a link to my profile or any credits you want.
◆ If you don't want me to post your commission publicly, you should let me know before I start working.
◆ If you are not sure about something or want a price quote, feel free to contact me!You are welcome to ask questions or request a WIP picture/update of your commission at any time.

Payment

I accept payment in USD. Payment is due upfront unless stated otherwise and will be sent via PaypalI will not give a refund under any normal circumstances.Prices may raise at any point in time, however those who order prior to a price change will not be charged additional fees.

How to Commission Me

Email or message me on one of my listed sites!
Let me know what you're looking for - bust, halfbody, fullbody, etc.
I require a drawn reference of your character! If you have a written description I may ask for extra materials and will provide more wips than usual to ensure theyre what you envisioned.
I will send wips of my sketches and a wip when the lines are done for approval by the client. I can also send a wip after the colours are done if requested!
When pieces are finished, I can make some minor adjustments IF NEEDED at no extra cost, but have the right to refuse. Complex changes will not be made to finished pieces.

Recieving Artwork

Via Email or designated site, the finished piece will be sent to the client as PNG file. Client will recieve a large and small version of the artwork as well as a transparent version if applicable.In regards to watermarks, you may not remove or censor them.You, the client, may use a piece you commissioned as you wish with proper credit given. You may not use my artwork commercially unless given permission by me. In some cases extra fees may apply.Feel free to ask any additional Questions if you need!!
